We are Alomar Legal, a team of professional lawyers, legal consultants, and accountants who dedicate their time to provide a strong foundation for establishing companies and setting up investment projects in Libya. We implement all the required legal procedures and obtain all necessary licenses for national and foreign companies, branches, NGOs, investment projects, and representative offices. We have successfully established over 400 companies and organizations since our inception in 2014.

We also provide legal guidance in the areas of corporate and commercial law, and investment focusing on the beginning stages to ensure a successful base from which companies and projects can thrive.
